Global warming paragraph for class 7, 8, 9, 10

Global warming paragraph for class 6 , 7(words 150)

Global warming is the long-term rise in the global temperature. Though the temperature has been increasing for a long time, it has become more rapid in the last century. The major reason for global warming is the burning of excess fossil fuels and the discharge of harmful gasses into the environment.

The effects of global warming on living beings can be severe. The outcomes of global warming are common and unclear. Some locations suffer a sudden increase in temperature, while others experience a quick drop. Climate change is caused by global warming, and it is a severe threat to life on Earth in the form of flooding and disastrous weather. However, we can slow down global warming if we take specific actions to restore the destroyed trees of our forests. We can also use sources of clean energy such as wind energy, solar energy, and tidal energy to prevent global warming.

Global warming paragraph for class 7, 8 (words 200)

Global warming is defined as an increase in the average global temperature of the earth. It has been regarded as a serious environmental threat. For the last five decades, the rate of increase in global temperatures has been increasing.

Since the last decade, the global average temperature has risen by 1.5 degrees Celsius. Global warming is not a single phenomenon, but rather a chain of interconnected events. “Greenhouse effect” is one of them. Burning of fossil fuel generates the “greenhouse effect” in the Earth’s atmosphere. The greenhouse effect occurs when the sun’s rays get through the atmosphere but cannot escape back into space because heat is reflected off the surface. The gasses released by the burning of fossil fuels block heat from escaping the atmosphere. This raises the average temperature of the earth. Global warming also causes climate change. Climate change refers to global changes in weather patterns and growing seasons. It is a big threat to life on Earth in the form of widespread flooding and terrible weather.

However, we can prevent Global warming by taking some steps. Like planting more trees, using environment-friendly gasses, and clean energy. Global warming holds the power to wipe out humanity from the surface of the earth so we have to be aware of it.

Global warming paragraph for class 9 10 (words 300)

Global warming refers to the unexpectedly rapid rise in the Earth’s average temperature over the last century, which is mainly due to greenhouse gasses produced by people who use fossil fuels.

The burning of fossil fuels and ecological degradation release gasses like carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Because of the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, heat rays reflected from the earth’s surface become trapped. This is known as the ‘greenhouse effect.’ It is vital to keep our world from turning into a frozen lump. However, excessive carbon dioxide traps all of the heat, resulting in global warming.

Methane, nitrous oxide, ozone, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and chlorofluorocarbons are examples of greenhouse gasses. With each passing year, the weather forecast has become more complex, with seasons getting more muddled and overall temperatures rising. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the number of hurricanes, cyclones, droughts, floods, and other natural disasters has increased. This is called Climate change. Global warming causes Climate change. Climate change is a big threat to the lives on this planet.

Man’s extensive deforestation activities have sped up global warming. Plants consume carbon dioxide to prepare their food, and as a byproduct, they produce oxygen. So, if we have enough plants, they will absorb excess carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, slowing the rate of global warming. Planting more trees can lower carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere, resulting in less global warming.

In the last decade, the average global temperature has risen by 1.5 degrees Celsius. This is cause for concern because it can harm ecosystems and cause environmental disturbance. We can slow global warming by taking important actions. We can use renewable energy sources such as wind energy, solar energy, and tidal energy to reduce global warming. In the end, we can say global warming is one of the biggest threats for humans so we all must come forward to prevent it.
